Who else loves Spaghetti Bolognese like me? It's rich, saucy, meaty sauce and the ultimate comfort food. The best part is this version of Bolognese Sauce is no chopping required as you can simply do that in a food chopper or blender! Today I'm using @Perysmith 2-in-1 Multi Chopper, it's a time saver and cut the cooking time down dramatically.
Here's the Ingredients:
100G Onion
100G Celery
100G Carrot
2 Clover Garlic
1TBSP Olive Oil
1 Stalk Fresh Oregano
1TSP Salt
1/2TSP Black Pepper
400G Canned Tomato
200ML Water
150ML Milk
400G Minced Beef
400G Pasta Noodles
